Crystal Mountain Resort was acquired by Alterra Mountain Company, and one of our key growth initiatives in 2021 was to grow our summer offering and increase off-season revenue. This sparked the creation of Crystal Sky Camp, a mountaintop glamping site, for summer excursions and events. Collaboratively, our graphic designer drove the brand design, our web designer created a dedicated website detailing the experience, and our social media manager launched our Facebook and Instagram presence. Our team impressively pulled this campaign together during a pandemic winter season when we were responsible for communicating and monitoring reservations and masking restrictions.

We coordinated with our teams, video vendor Steep Motion, and some of our mountain ambassadors (influencer program) to shoot the video below onsite. In addition to being a team building and strategic planning retreat, it was also a photo and video shoot to create marketing materials.
Responsibilities: campaign placement & optimization, AR/AP, team schedule, project management, Eventbright POS, vendor management (videographer, photographer, signage printer, digital agency, PR agency, influencers) and shoot coordination.
