Grand Image Marketing

As the Marketing Manager at Grand Image, I brought strategy, budget, and organization to the marketing department at this art consulting firm. I managed a graphic designer who drove our content strategy and social channels. We helped drive the launch of a new proprietary website, supporting testing, making design and UI/UX recommendations, and communicating the launch to internal teams and customers. I also had a central role in executing all onsite events.


Brand Video

This project had previously been stalled for a couple of years, and I thought a simple brand video would be a great way to highlight the uniqueness of the studio space and bring some personality to our digital communications. This would drive onsite visits from new potential clients, illustrate our capabilities, and center the makers and personalities that made our company different. I started at the end of September and had the finished video produced by January.


Responsibilities: budget, vendor management, shot list & scripting, art direction, asset management, production assistance, publishing




Internal Communications


I also supported the HR & Finance Officer in coordinating team building and training events. This included things like the annual holiday party and summer potluck, but also internal training presentations and quarterly newsletter.


Responsibilities: manage vendors, setup/takedown, coordinate internal teams, manage budgets
