International Housewares Show Presence
Each year, our product development process lead to the annual spring housewares show in Chicago. As a key part of our marketing strategy, this event was an essential opportunity to meet with established buyers (Walmart, Bed Bath & Beyond, Williams Sonoma) and introduce our new products.
Responsibilities: vendor management, booth setup & takedown, sample coordination, PR & Advertising participation, client presentation creation & support, product demonstration, award submissions, team lodging & attendance logistics.
Brand Differentiation
PIC had recently introduced its sub-brands when I joined the team, and I enjoyed differentiating the brands based on their channel and audience.
Responsibilities: sell sheets & client presentations, asset management (Salsify), copywriting, consumer surveys (marketing & product development), video scripting & art direction, sales & rep training.

When the pandemic began, PIC did not have a platform to sell directly to customers and had a very basic informative website with Expression Engine. I proposed and developed a limited website launch to test our capabilities and establish a drop-shipping infrastructure.
Responsibilities: select inventory, build DTC website, validate pricing & COGS, UI/UX testing, stakeholder approval, internal launch communication
